Meet Laura

Hi, I'm Laura, a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist specialised in Women's health, with a special focus on menstrual cycle health. I help women who struggle with period pain, PMS, menstrual irregularities and missing periods to finally love their period and feel in tuned with her feminine body. 

I have spent years struggling with hormonal imbalances, period pain, PMS, digestive issues, mood swings and extreme fatigue.

After taking an holistic approach and learning to listen to what my body needed I entirely transformed my health.
