Hi I'm Laura

If it feels like I understand exactly what you're going through, it's because I've lived that journey too. I struggled with agonising painful and heavy periods throughout my teenage years and early 20s. Calling sick from school, cancelling plan, getting my clothes dirty. The pain was so overwhelming that resulted into bouts of vomiting. It made it difficult to enjoy life. 

At age 24 I was put on the pill for this reason, as I felt that I had no other options. While birth control gave me some relief from the pain, it brought along a host of other problems including low mood, anxiety and low sex drive.

Essentially I trade one hormone imbalance for another. 

For 3 years I relied on the pill, feeling completely disconnected from my body and my cycle and with no knowledge on the woman body. 

When I finally decided to stop the pill, my period didn't come back, I was anxious all the time and with major gut issues. (Not fun!) 

I felt completely broken. 

This doesn't have to be your story! 

My journey lead me to question the system, as my symptoms were continuously dismissed as a part of being a woman, feeling like I had no other options then either having pain or being on the pill. 

I've dedicated years into training and researching every aspect of women's health and now I'm bringing that cutting-edge knowledge directly to you and help you change your story! And this is why I've created this programme, I want women to know that period pain and PMS is not a part of being a women, I want you to take a conscious choice towards your body and learn that you have other options either then the pill or pain medications.

Will I have access to personalised support and guidance throughout the program?

Yes, there will be live Q&A sessions where I'll address your specific personal questions.

Do I have to pay for the App? No. The App, where you can access the portal with the material is free.

What happens if I miss a live session? Nothing to worry about, all live trainings will be recorded and uploaded on the portal available for you to watch for the duration of the programme. Additionally, I'll personally check-in with you regularly throughout the programme to ensure you are staying on track and getting the most out of the programme. Your success is my priority.

Can I eat chocolate? Absolutely! Including high quality chocolate is a must in this programme! We will discover the unique benefits of chocolate for supporting menstrual cycle as we delve into the reasons behind its magnificence. Is there a refund policy? 
Yes sure! I want you to feel that you made the right choice by enrolling on this programme. If you feel that the programme isn't right for you I can issue a refund 7 days prior the starting of the welcome week on the 24th of June. Once the welcome week module is released on the 24th of June, refund are no longer available.
